Most people mean to service their air conditioner every spring. Then the first hot weekend arrives and it still has not happened. Our AC maintenance plans fix that by putting your home on a schedule: we contact you ahead of the cooling season, book a time that works and complete a full inspection and cleaning. Plans are available across our whole service area, from Burnaby and Surrey through the Tri-Cities to Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge.
The real value builds over time. Each visit we record refrigerant readings, electrical measurements and coil condition, so we can see when something starts drifting.
